Refund policy

At 316 Apparels, we strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and refund policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully before initiating a return or requesting a refund.

Returns:

You may return an item within 5 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as you received it. If the item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to assist you.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at shop316apparels@gmail.com to request a return authorization number (RMA).
  2. Pack the item in its original packaging along with the RMA number.
  3. Ship the item to our address, which will be provided to you by our customer service team.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

At your request, our team will be able to send you a shipping label and the cost will be deducted from your initial refund once the package is received.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will issue a full refund or exchange, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

If you return an item without an RMA number or after the 14-day return period, we reserve the right to refuse the return and no refund or exchange will be issued.

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy for instructions on how to return the item.
