316 Apparels Affiliate Program Rules and Requirements
1. Brand Alignment
- Faith-Centric Content: Affiliates must ensure that all promotional content aligns with Christian values and principles. This includes scripture references, Christian quotes, and positive messaging.
- Respectful Representation: Affiliates should represent the brand with respect and integrity, avoiding any content that could be deemed offensive or contrary to Christian beliefs.

2. Content Guidelines
- Appropriate Language: All content should use clean and respectful language. Profanity, offensive language, or derogatory remarks are strictly prohibited. (This includes the usage of music and songs that containt profanity, market a secular and sinful lifestyle, and are marked with the leter E.)
- Modest Imagery: Visual content, including photos and videos, must reflect modesty in dress and behavior, consistent with Christian values.
- Positive Messaging: Content should focus on positive, uplifting messages that encourage faith, hope, love, and community. (Examples: daily reminders, encouragements, etc.)

3. Social Media Conduct
- Respectful Interaction: Affiliates must engage respectfully with their audience and others, avoiding arguments or negative exchanges, especially on religious topics.
- Consistent Engagement: Regular posting and interaction with followers is encouraged, with a minimum of at least 1-3 posts/stories/reels that includes brand promotion.
- Authentic Promotion: Affiliates should authentically promote the brand, sharing personal testimonials or stories related to their faith and the clothing brand.

4. Ethical Practices
- Honest Representation: Affiliates must provide honest reviews and representations of the brand and its products, avoiding misleading or false claims.
- Disclosure of Affiliate Status: Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with the brand in their posts, using hashtags such as #ad, #sponsored, or #affiliate.

5. Content Approval
- Pre-Approval of Content: Major promotional content, such as blog posts, videos, and collaborations, should be submitted for approval to ensure alignment with brand values.
- Feedback and Revisions: Affiliates should be open to feedback and willing to make necessary revisions to their content if it does not meet the brand’s guidelines.

6. Community Engagement
- Involvement in Faith-Based Events: Participation in or promotion of faith-based events, such as church gatherings, retreats, and Christian conferences, is encouraged.
- Supportive of Community: Affiliates should actively support and engage with their local Christian communities, reflecting the brand’s commitment to faith and fellowship.

7. Compliance with Legal Standards
- Adherence to Laws: Affiliates must comply with all relevant advertising laws and regulations, including those related to online marketing and influencer partnerships.
- Protection of Intellectual Property: Affiliates must respect the brand’s intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, and copyrighted materials, and should not use them without permission.

8. Termination Clause
- Right to Terminate: The brand reserves the right to terminate the affiliate relationship if any of these rules are violated or if the affiliate’s conduct is deemed inconsistent with the brand’s values.
- Grace Period for Correction: In most cases, affiliates will be given a grace period to correct any issues before termination is enacted.
